  Always test your tools for continuity before placing them in your tool box. A faulty tool will lead to time wasted with your prototyping.   To test your tools – Set your multimeter to the audible continuity setting and touch both ends of your alligator clips and jumper wires.    

  Textiles and electronics and have more similarities than you imagined.   For example – thread and jumper cables. Both connect objects and allow the project to function as a cohesive unit.     While the colors designate hierarchy and design aesthetics.    

In 2014 I’ve purchased more 400 pin breadboards that I ever thought possible! Fortunately I’ve found an eBay seller that is reliable. CXB Electronics on ebay is the place to go for large quantities of 400 pin breadboards and jumper wires. Order early as it takes 3 -4 weeks to receive them.
